A darkly comedic coming-of-age journey, “The Butterfly Place” is the story of a mother and son growing up together (for the second time) and learning the painful art of acceptance… and letting go.

It’s October, the onset of “butterfly season” in Monterey, California. Jesse, a struggling out of work actor escapes to his mother’s animal-cramped bird house by the ocean. Painfully (and hilariously) they both begin the greatest second act of their lives.

Jesse Wilson is a communications specialist, author, and nationally recognized jury trial consultant. A Juilliard theater graduate, he has created Tell the Winning Story to empower “lawyers, leaders, and the rest of the human race” to deliver high-impact presentations at their most authentic level possible.
