The Reimagined Day-in-the-Life Video
Think about every Day in the Life video you’ve ever seen.
A person awakes on a messy bed. They arise slowly, every inch of every micro-movement taken deliberately to minimize pain. A loved one or nurse enters the room to help them bathe, clean, and dress themselves. Meals are made for them, followed by functional eating totally bereft of any joy. They sit in the backseat of a vehicle as they’re driven around like a chid. Or a prisoner.
What do those videos make you feel?
More importantly, is that what you want your jurors to feel?
That’s why we’ve reinvented the Day in the Life video. Drawing on Jesse’s groundbreaking work eliciting and building on the Victor Story — “your client is not their pain; your client is the strength required to overcome their pain” — we aim to produce Day in the Life videos that inspire rather than depress.
